We had booked a Super deluxe room and the prices were comparatively very high too, but their Super deluxe was just decent rooms and their deluxe rooms were very pathetic. The prices were of 3-4 star hotels but rooms were not upto it, neither their service! Electricity was not there for half of the time and we requested and then they checked and gave us temporary connections. Wi-Fi was present in the room but very poor network and was not getting connected and behaves oddly. Also they gave us the room very late!!! Our check-in was at 1pm but room was only ready by 6pm, which is not acceptable at all!!!! They told us that previous guests hasn’t check out yet and was asking us to manage. I don’t understand what kind of service they are providing.

Their food court is not available causing trouble getting breakfast. Rooms are ok. Food in their restaurant is fine

all good food is little costly , location is perfect. I will suggest to further stay to my friend

2nd day Air Condition was not working. Wall dusting/cleaning was not proper dust was lying in that.

Property is not well maintained. Dust everywhere in the room. Washroom has no exhaust window or fan. Nobody picks up phone. The only brighter side is that the food is EXCELLENT. Hotel room was not at all upto the standards of Make My Trip.. Hotal infra is also not good.. Hotel pessages were literally stinking...Food was good though with nice restaurant.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was very welcoming and responsive. The location was ideal—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made the stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to stay here again in the future.

Room was good. There was loud music played till late in the night. I could not sleep. Parking area was not maintained well.

There is no network connectivity in the mobile premises and room. The wi-fi connection is also poor. The food and breakfast were not good either. Considering the high price, the value for money is not there.

The location and ambiance was very good. The restaurant offered good food. The room was big and clean. Negatives - there was no one at the entrance for security check or parking assistance. They did not provide enough quantity of dental kits, towels, etc. As per no of persons staying in the room. Tea, coffee sachets were given but the stirrers were missing. Lifts had no backup for power cuts. We had to use stairs.

Great 4 days stay, house keeping team wss outstanding10/10 for room clean, bar team also great, resturant, great good choice, especially, tandi & hyderbadi biriyani, must try

The hotel staff was helpful but please check the error ul hav on their roomsize as it's 120sqmt not 1200sqmt.

Food at the restaurant was excellent. But otherwise had concern with the a/c not working & was informed that the check out time is 10 am which i thought was was not worth the money spend for a room.

Room was not cleaned properly, stinky smells. Washroom was not hygienic and cleaned. Tea cup was not cleaned.
