I want happy with the hospitality rendered by the property I had booked it with special request mentioned for a late check out . I travelled with my child and its was an early check-in they said we can’t extend beyond 6 pm to which I had no choice but agree , my bad I had over slept woke with the blaring noise at 7 pm I was surprised to see power off then realised that they have cut the power . This is totally not right you have other means of waking us up by even calling on the phone rather than cutting the power and asking us to get out without power . Totally unacceptable as I did not expect this for being long standing loyal customer of Clinton park for more than decade made a firm decision never to step again inspire of paying well.

The rooms were clean, but we faced a serious AC issue in our room that took nearly six hours to fix. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was far below average. The staff seem to believe that guests must eat strictly according to their schedule rather than the guests’ convenience. For example, we returned from church and tried to order buttermilk at 12:15 pm, but were told they do not serve any food in rooms before 12:30 pm. They refused to even take the order and simply disconnected the call. Breakfast is not served in the room at all—not even in special cases. Even worse, there was a clear sign of discrimination. While we were told dosa was “not available” during breakfast, we saw the staff specially prepare and serve fresh dosas for another family right in front of us. About 80% of the menu items are either “finished, sir” or “only available at our serving time.” Even common items like eggs, gulab jamun, or ice cream are often mysteriously “finished.” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with elderly family members. The lack of fairness, flexibility, and poor service made our stay unpleasant, and I personally will never return.

bathroom is very old. water gets blocked. bedsheets were torn and stained. not worth the price we paid for. breakfast was average. staff was not polite . only the ladies who were cleaning were good. the guy who is at night makes faces if asked anything.

Old dated hotel.. The only advantage is that the hotel is walking distance from the Church. Room was musty, bathroom is poor with broken side window. No value for money!

Located very close to the bus stand and access to Mother Mary Shrine is at a 10 mins walkable distance. The rooms are well maintained and their service and hospitality is worth mentioning. Very kind and helpful staffs. Buffet breakfast satisfactory and the taste is good too. Amenities inside the room is as per expectation This hotel is suited both Friends and family. The hotel can be booked via online portals too. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Whenever I visit Velankanni, Clinton park is the place where I prefer to stay.. Restaurant (Rajesh and main Chef ) also made sure that they serve the food in the same way we request every time . Always made the stay comfortable and staffs are also polite and friendly all the time .
