worst one. not cleaned. The toilet is dirty. The commod is not even cleaned. Parking is a disaster. worst experience ever from a hotel in Velankanni.

I had a very disappointing experience during this stay. First of all, the rooms were not clean and were poorly maintained. The room service was also very bad. In the middle of the night, the AC started leaking water. When I informed the room service, they came and simply handed me a mop, asking me to clean it myself if the water leaked again. I paid more than the standard ( dulex room)amount for this stay, but the service I received was worse than what you would get at a local lodge. Extra bed was free as per booking notification but management was not ready to give extra bed until I downloaded the app and showed the notification proof. No extra blankets provided

Rooms are good, bathrooms can be better. Transportation and food not available nearby. Hotel can arrange autos if required.

you have to bring your own car because it's 3 km from the shrine. no nearby restaurants also. we were informed that we could stay up to 2 pm but when we came back at 12 pm we were asked to pay for the extra hour.

Not a well maintained property. No power in midnight lot of mosquito no proper attendant and in the entrance only one coffee shop which plays songs loudly day &night not worthy

The room was not cleaned properly and felt poorly maintained right from check-in. On top of that, the TV was not working, there was no proper room service, and in the bathroom the water flow was very slow, making it difficult to use.

Horrible hotel. Rest rooms are not clean. Rooms are dusty and lots of mosquitos. Clausets are dirty like public toilets. Staffs are not cooperative

Room was spacious and clean but only thing is washrooms are clean but the tiles color is shaded with dirty so looks like not clean.....Overall experience is good within this budget

This hotel is highly not recommended. The receptionist is not responding properly and seems to think that he is the owner of the hotel. He lacks knowledge on how to handle customers. I am extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. If customers encounter problems with their rooms, this hotel co-worker should resolve them promptly or provide responsible solutions. Simply by lying on their bed and replying to customers, the problem will be resolved after their wake-up.

The room was good but the bathroom was not good , I paid an extra amount, staff also not well

Toilets were not clean, bad smell were coming. I booked 2 rooms, both toilets were smelly, rooms were decent. Staffs were nice. Lot of parking space was available. Also bedsheets and pillow covers were pathetic.

Too far from church and auto charges are too high not much good, over all ok bus service also not available in on time
