Bad ambience, not good service, not good room, not good ambience. It is only bad for everything. Bad,

excelent sea view from your room enjoyed the day.very good location. food not to the standerd as outsorced aminities excellent

good location and very big room given in time ..very close to the beach and very good breakfast given on the morning so it's worth for money

No fridge in the room, expensive unrealistic taxes, expensive food and beverages, rest were all below average.

Very Good place to stay with Family. Staffs are also cooperative, Good service from staffs. The place is Neat and Clean. Food is also Good quality of Food. Desk Staffs are so cooperative. They are also helpful.

Location of Property is on the Beach, Breakfast is Good, Service is also Good, Amenities are limited.

Our stay at Calangute residency was only for two days. And though it was rainy season, there was no big shower, so we could enjoy to the fullest. Just from the balcony of the room we could see and hear the see and enjoy the breeze. Staff of the property were very helpful and friendly

Property location excellent Food was ok Service was ok We had opted for Breakfast included Same menu was repeated in veg IDLI DOAS SAmbar and TOast consecutively 3 days Changes on one from the menu more of Ice Less Juice repeated same for the flavour No Fruits were in menu Disappointed with breakfast Room door latches not proper Rooms Furnitre wornout Bed Sheet had holes Pillows were stinking front desk staff was helpful Hose keeping soft cordial and decent bell boys were a bit disappointing as seen spittng arond the Property if they do so is followed by rest of the Guest Swimming pool water had lot of chlorine eyes were Burning Excellent Property 5 star but not well maintained 0 star rating Could have been much better experince

Toilet was not clean as it should be of gud hotel rooms otherwise sea facing view was gud thankyou .

Nice location but less facilities inside the hotel and cleanliness was also not good Enjoyed the stay with the site seen of brach

Location of residency is excellent. Anytime just open balcony and you will see the beach. Rooms are OK. I stayed in Suite, but toilet of suite did not have any exhaust window. Toilet cum bathroom is very small. Staff services are also not up to mark. In short only thing which makes this residency good for stay is it's Location.

Hotel staff are extremely humble and cooperative. The hotel room was spotless and canteen food quality was good.

The location is good. Room was clean gave a wonderful view of sea. Food was good. Taxis, bikes were available just outside the gate . Overall a good experience

Manager of calangute residency Mr Sagar and Mr pradeep were very cooperative and helpful throughout our stay in the property. All staff were very cooperative and polite willing to help at any moment of time. People like Mr pradeep who takes care of Room services and cleanliness is a real gem of personality and indeed a real asset for calangute residency and goa tourism. In my opinion he should be promoted to higher positions which includes dealing with guest interest for calangute residency. Rooms with beach view was extremely fabulous and mesmerizing . All the best wishes for all the residency staff and goa tourism.

Good location. Breakfast is not good. Very less option and place where it served was not clean. Romm size is good.

The property location is excellent and also has a parking facility. Need to take more care of cleanliness in the food court area.

This property location is amazing bang on calangute beach.. except that everything else was really bad… towels given were moist, this property is not renovated since last 20 years o guess.. tiles were broken in washroom … staff were polite when available but may be suffering from shortage of staff

Awesome location, just on the beach. View from room balcony is too wonderful. Market starts from the residency gate. Food quality is good. The vibrancy throughout night is Simply Great. If someone is looking for nice staying place, go to Calangute Residency..

Nice property, excellent Break fast .... very conducive for a family outing, beach facing , very convenient for the kids after playing on the beach or sea.
