Property was very good for stay and view. I booked this property because of its view and beautiful cafe. Food was great, room was clean and staff was very friendly. Akhand was very helpful and he was always on his toes to make our stay very comfortable. Kudos to the team. Must visit place in arambol

We have booked beach house family room as it is the only one available on our dates and view from the balcony is amazing. Room was clean and decent as this is the last room available on their property. Staff was friendly. Food was good, overall great experience

I just love the vibe of this property, very beautiful and amazing cafe. Dormitory is very clean and washroom was clean despite of 8 person in one dormitory they clean it twice in a day. Very helpful staff and friendly environment, best for solo travelers

Probably one of the best sea view property i ever stayed in goa. Really loved the place. I booked private sea view room & had the best experience. They have private beach as well which was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this for your goa trip

Scene was good but far away from main market and too expensive food

Stay is terrific with sea view but it is not reachable by bike or car u have to walk a kilometre in between beautiful shops and food courts to reach there

It was beautiful stay for me because of their hospitality and amazing view. Ac dormitory was amazing, very clean washroom and beds. Great to meet new people. Cafe was amazing with great food and drinks options. Will definitely visit again.
