The check-in and check-out timings were quite inconvenient, and despite informing the staff about a physical illness, they were not provided any additional time. Although we had booked and paid for a Deluxe Premium Room, they were allotted a normal suite due to unavailability, which defeats the purpose of paying for a higher category room. Additionally, a special request for a room with a bathtub was made a month in advance, but it was not accommodated. The food quality was good.. however, the variety of options was quite limited.

The service was good but rooms were not upto the mark.The wardrobe was not a real wardrobe but tiny. I dont know why our room smelled like moist urine like smell the whole stay? Maybe ac vents ? Tried to change rooms but single bed waa not available so had to adjust.

I want there requested for early check in, they allowed but took money of. Room was fine but it's very serious that the washroom door has no lock inside & outside both. Even I was not able to use Jacuzzi they told the water temperature controller was not working. Even we were not allowed to use swimming pool. You can check all this from their CCTV footage also.

hello in the hotel is fantastic food and amazing service was amazing very disappointed about the rooms we have booked premium rooms sweet but there is no facility available no food basket to be serve no chocolate swimming pool facility was not available jacuzzi not working very very disappointed with stay paying so much of money dining room team was good food was good tasty service was but over all not happy with the hotels television in the sweet room not working hotel staff mention we have to pay for the cable channel and it was very disappointed

Great experience. The staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are good and clean. If you want a single bed option make sure you write in special request because as I had book single bed but I was given double bed as it was not reflecting to them through MMT, but later they chaged it as per my request.

the only good thing about this hotel is the pool. their service were horrible. They gave us our room 2 hours late bc of some "maintenance issues". room service was equally as bad. they either took an hour to get us anything to the room or they didn't get it at all even after we called 3 times over a span of 2 hours. the breakfast was horrible. somehow everything tasted disgusting (even the tea 😭). i was shocked to see a hotel with such a nice ambiance have services so horrendous. would never recommend to anyone. it was a very frustrating experience.
