The main advantage of this shri adiga residency hotel is check in and check out time. It's of 24 hours timing. If we check in in the morning, the check out time is next day morning. Hotel is neat and clean. All staff at hotel are polite. Service is very good.

Wooden smell in the room not recommended for family or couples. Need to improve furniture in room. Small tv is there. Need to replace with lcd. Ac water leaking in room

On an average the condition of the room was o k. But the intercom facility was not at all working. The maintenance of the room needs much attention. It appeared that it was not properly cleaned before allotment. If this is addressed the stay could be more satisfactory
