Water quality in washroom was really poor and bedsheet and kambal were not up to the mark.. caused itching in the morning

Not clean toilet and even poor room service. And not well behaved by the respection person.even not welcome guest

I am very disappointed for hotel. Breakfast is very poor to poor quality. hotel is also not clean. Not recommend this hotel for any person.

1. loud music/party on the floor above every evening/till late night. 2. full of mosquitoes. repellents empty, never worked. 3. very salty water in the bathroom 4. one of the worst food - taste wise, very spicy (even after instructing them not to make spicy) and also meat was not cooked well from inside. Inexperienced restaurant services. 5. good size room 6. friendly staff (that is all)

Very unprofessional staff, They allow party in there rooms because of that there was so much disturbance and even after calling then again again they didn’t do anything party started 6 pm and continued till 1AM in night. When I called them they said we can do anything party is going you have to adjust. Poor breakfast and waited for 1 hour for simple breakfast and they will give you what they want to give they won’t take your suggestion. Stained bed sheets, TV and WiFi wasn’t working Overall very bad won’t recommend anyone.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from my window was stunning. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to major attractions and dining options. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! I will definitely return.

Staff behaviour is very unprofessional except one person. So many times i called them to ask people to stop loud music being played in room opposite to my room but no action was taken. Rather than giving party hall for party they give room to party very unprofessional thing. Overall it was bad bad to average experience only.

It was very good, very cooperative staff. Spacious rooms and clean. Late check in and check out was welcome. Overall it’s very good. Thank you
