We booked this property considering overall ratings on MakeMyTrip. However, we were very disappointed while seeing this hotel. First of all, we could not able to reach by our car to the hotel as entry road is closed for entry by traffic Police. We had to call hotel owner and he guided to reach hotel. There is only owner running hotel and no other staff. Owner was kind and that is the only positive. We had booked highest price rooms but one of the room is having seepage with bad smell. So have to change to small room. Cleanliness was poor. Insects were observed in the room.

it was nice stay at dhwaj palace.honestly it was a last minute booking n we were not sure how it will be.surprisingly it was very nice hotel.i will give 4 out 5 for cleanliness n hospitality.owner is very good n cooperative.its a 3 minute walking distance from ghat is a cherry on the cake.worth the money stay.i recomend this hotel

familyIts a home of owners at ground floor and they have constructed rooms on first second floors. Rooms are very ordinary. Beds were very poor. No lift , no dining. Bathroom was very ordinary. Looking to above pricing aree very high. Not recommended. Before listing such types of hotel, pre visit should be done.
