Our overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
Rooms: The rooms were of a decent size and offered a relaxing ambiance. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, deserving a 4/5 rating. However, there is scope for improvement — the pillows were oversized and uncomfortable for sleeping, and the lock of one room was not working. Our check-in was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but one of the rooms was only provided at 4:30 PM after multiple follow-ups. Later, due to the lock issue, we had to change our room at 9:00 PM.
Facilities: The swimming pool was slightly dirty, possibly due to guests using it inappropriately. The games facility was good, and we particularly enjoyed playing pickleball, though reducing the prices for games would make it even better.
Staff & Service: The staff was polite and courteous, but there were noticeable delays in fulfilling requests, leaving some room for improvement.
Food: The food tasted good and was decent in quality. However, the buffet could offer more variety.
Accessibility: The final 3–4 km stretch to the hotel passes through a village with a non-concrete road. We faced some difficulty reaching in a sedan, although SUVs would manage more easily. Paving this stretch with concrete would make the property more accessible to all types of vehicles.
In addition, at night, there was not lights in the property except for the rooms, it was full dark, the staff should turn on lamps, foot lights to keep the property scenic at night and safe for the guests.
Overall: Despite a few inconveniences, we had a nice stay and would consider visiting again, hoping to see some of the suggested improvements implemented.
