Pathetic stay

Staying in Redfox was very mediocre, not worth the money you pay, the restaurant food was pathetic, we never used the free breakfast, furnishing was very old and very basic, only 1 lift catering to 5 floors with approx 50 rooms or more, we had booked it thru make my trip so we could not cancel the stay in the hotel and we had to make do with it for 3 days, if we had booked indipendently we could have cancelled and shifted to another hotel.

worst stay and unprofessional staffs

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at Red Fox Hotel, Trichy (Lemon Tree Group). I booked day-use rooms for two days and both days were extremely disappointing. 1. Room not ready even after check-in time Despite reaching well after the 10 AM check-in time, the room wasn’t ready on both days. I was made to wait 30–45 minutes each time because the room was “still being prepared”. 2. Rude and judgmental staff The male receptionist was rude and gave unnecessary attitude. He spoke politely to others but treated me in a very different tone. At checkout he loudly told another staff member, “ask him to wait, we need to check the room,” which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. 3. Forced room inspections making guests wait They made me wait around 30 minutes on both days for room inspection before checkout. No proper hotel does this. 4. Zero courtesy despite their delays They refused simple extension requests even when the delay was caused entirely by them. I’ve stayed at Taj, Marriott, ITC, Ibis, Novotel, Radisson, Viv anta, Sterling, etc., and NEVER have I been charged for such a basic stain or treated this poorly. Overall, this property shows poor service, poor staff behavior, and insensitive policies. Would never recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic professionalism.

Property is centrally located. Staff at reception where friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and was clean. House keeping staff were extremely polite and helpful. Restaurant served tasty and homely food. Chef Murali and his staff does that extra bit to make sure that you have a great dining experience. Breakfast layout was adequate and enough. by far the best stay I had in any of the lemon Tree hotels.

My stay was excellent. Their in room dining options even though less, are really good and also the breakfast spread is elaborate and very good! The location is ideal. There are 2 types of rooms I guess and mine was the bigger one.I had their pasta and fish & chips and it was very nice.
