Slow process. Late check-in. Had to wait hours in lobby for rooms to be ready. Slow room service took hours for small asks. Hotel room and rest of the things were nice but sevrvice is not justified for the charges paid.

We had booked 3 rooms for one day on 10.11.2025 and had requested early check-in (check-in time is 12:00 pm). The hotel staff provided one room at 10:30 am but delayed offering the other two rooms, including the executive suite, until the evening. which I not expected and during check out hotel tax bill copy is not shared which is completely wrong.

No water, unclean bath room and no lift

I have stayed here a few times, however, this time it was a very bad experience. There was no hot water for bath The bath room was not cleaned and the previous guest's soap was still lying there. Also the lift was not working and i had the tig the luggage from the 5th floor. Very disappointed and the front desk guy did not even have the decency to apologise for the same

I often travel solo ; sometimes for work, sometimes just to explore, learn, and spend time with myself. This time, my journey became truly special and safe, all thanks to Hotel RA VISTA. I stayed for three days, and not once did I feel like I was away from home. The entire team, with their warm hospitality and care, made me feel truly like part of a family. A special thanks to Mr. Manos Kumar Mandal (Front Office Manager), the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Lakhan Das (Housekeeping Boy), and everyone from every department for their Dedication and Kindness. Another thing that touched me deeply was that even late at night around 11 PM when most hotel kitchens are closed, I could still order food here. For a solo traveler like me, that comfort means a lot. I would highly recommend Hotel RA VISTA, especially to solo women travelers. You’ll feel safe, comfortable, and cared for just like at home. Horrible experience, receptionist and other staff are too rude and arrogant, they force to give review. they charged me extra money and asked for 3.2k by showing old towels and blaming stained by us, but when we asked them to prove that we stained that towel or any cctv, they denied saying they don't have acess of cctv, and the lady in reception was behaving so rude.as soon we went to reception for check out they made us wait for 30 min, when we asked them how long we have to wait , then they bought some old towel and started telling we stained there towel, we have to pay 3.2k , it was clearly showing old stain but still they were harrassing , rudely behaving, lady in reception screaming at me and telling to pay money and take the towel in my home,they just don't know to behave..we went by seeing a review , and faced such a bad situation..also the day we checked in ,ac was not getting on, we called reception no one received after 3rd call, receptionist received and told they will come but no one came..I stayed at many hotels but never faced such issues.

In any hotels it is a policy to charge for the damaged linen or any damaged products. 4. We have given you a fare discount of 50% and have not charged INR 3.2k which is been mentioned in your feedback. 5.
