Queen of Queen's, Calangute

The surrounding environment & swimming pool area is very unhygienic. It feel very upsetting, apart from the hotel staff & utilities arrangement are very poor

The images shown are completely different. There is no proper reception room. This cannot be termed as a hotel but as a homestay. No telephone in the room. Every time you have to call from your personal mobile. Kindly visit the premises to verify the same.

hotel rooms are not good. it was too small and there was not enough space. hygiene wasn't taken care of . the balconies were too near, if you forget to lock the balcony door your stuff can be easily stolen. no toiletries were provided. the fan/ac was also not in good condition. they provided an iron bed that was also in poor condition, making too much sound. don't go for water activities and for cruse dinner in owners recommendation, , whom they have contract. it was the worst experience. the owner is too rude .

management was not friendly. room service was not available. midnight power was gone. in this regard we contact them but response was very poor

Location was exactly traceable by google maps, food facility was not provided at our time of stay, however side and opposite we get food, and in beach which is nearby also we get food till late night, hygiene and safety standards were acceptable. Overall i was satisfied.

We stayed for 4 night. It was good. Hotel staff is very good. Location is perfect. Price is reasonable. Clean and hygiene room.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Hotel is situated 100 mtrs from beach with a beautiful swimming pool.

1. Improve breakfast quality and quantity. And improvement in cooking area. 2. Hot water not available at night due to solar, but at night some people cannot have bath with cold water. And hot water not available at night

Hotel is good with a decent atmosphere and is budget-friendly but they charged extra money for water bottles. I think that was not fair because they should provide for free.

Bad service, breakfast is pathetic and room service was not done
