The owner doesn't cooperate and pick up your phone and the pictures given and the actual place is completely different. They make us check in late and check out early Please don't visit

Hi Guys, We were family of 7 with one kid This is our first visit to Goa. We booked this beautiful apartment Premier Inn was booked through MMT. The manager Rhoda responded for our every request. Mr Donald Lobo was very helpful too who gave apartment early before our regular check in time. Thank u Mr Donald Lobo and his staff for giving our best memories in this apartment. Guys, pls visit this property if you visit Goa with home like environment. Lastly this property is also close to famous Benaulim Beach. We couldn't ask more.. Thank u everyone who made this trip a lifetime experience 😊👏🙏

Terrible Stay

First things first. As a family of four we booked this apartment for 3 days. We booked this property but we were called and told we will be upgraded once we arrive. Secondly the upgrade never happened and we were given a service apartment in the remotest corner. So beware of booking this apartment (paid in full) there's not much you can do once you land up since you have already paid the amount. One mr. Donald runs these apartments, for every little thing as mugs and plates you will have to ask them. There was nothing at all. Four of us were given 2 blankets out of which one was a baby quilt. This short holiday was terrible thanks to mr. Donald and rhoda cola-co who bungled up everything

Extremely happy with this excellent stay. The location was very beautiful and accessible. The room of the property was comfortable and well decorated. Cleanliness and facilities were good. Staffs were well behaved and cooperative. Must recommend the property to others.

Spent the last 2 days of a weeklong vacation in premier apartment. Donald Lobo the Spoc and Clatus were absolutely courteous and excellent hosts. Wonderful experience and holiday well spent with premier apartment. Thanks for making it a cherish able memory.
