It is not too far from the city. It is located near the city but it is only three kilometers from the city.

Hotel staff is good and helpful

As the booking was already conformed but hotel person doesn't allow me to stay there and so I booked another hotel and stay there, this is very bad only DALAM Residency Gangtok do such things, I will definitely take action against this.

The hotel manager rudely denied the online booking and told me to pay in cash if I want to stay. Ultimately I paid for one night and then shifted to other hotel next day.

Worst hotel in this range. This hotel doesn't worth of this much charge which I paid. As all the problems I have already informed over phone. Hotel is too much inside the street. Finding location is difficult. It's kind of 4-5 room hotel in some small street and building where other people are staying. No staff or reception are really reachable. Given phone number now are not reachable. Before coming to hotel said many times to make sure room should be cleaned and hygienic but both room were not cleaned. Used bed sheet. Used towel. Used bathroom soap and after complain also not changed. Earthworms in bathroom. Bathroom doors are not lockable. Main issue no water in the morning after many request it has come at after the trip got delayed. This was already happen last night with hotel lacks also. Where as we have paid extra for 3 person in one room and for kids but beds are also not double bed. It's 2 single bed are attached and not comfortable for 3 person to sleep. Not worth at all for to be listed or recommend on MakeMyTrip with this high pay.

The stay was average only, only the issue come across was the service issue was not up to the mark. Main unique part of the property is the location and the scenic view. The issue was with the cleanness also as the property is not clean.
