horrible experience gathered this time.Hotel personnel told that they have no information regarding my booking. actually Hotel Raman did not take any online booking now a days. I have faced lots of harrasment with my family members.Also this is one kind of insult also. after that I have booked another hotel & shifted there with my family members.
