Hotel primary room was very good.But secondary room of suit needs some improvement & proper ventilated.Food served were delicious & tasty.Hotel Manager Mr.Pankaj behaviour was very nice & co-perated well in arranging vehicle with good drivers for sightseeing.Thnx to him & all the best to the all management team of Blue Heaven😊

The person at the reception was rude. The service was really slow and that too incomplete. They were charging for basic amenities like room heater. Really disappointing experience.

familySearched in mmt, location wise it seems good. Location is good if snow is not available if snowfall happen than not an good location. Food did not get chance to try. From mall road it's 1. 2 km away, with stip road.
