Snow Height Apartment

Its not a hotel its a dharamshala. No room service, no food, no reception, no value for money.

Good to be stay there nice location, near to the temple. Good service provide by the staff, clean rooms on hight nice to stay there, only problem to the service to contact to the service provider. It is good experience to stay overall.

Services are good, but location & view is average. Over all in this budget value for money. Staff are supportive & helpful, but it is too for from market & temple. Every time you have to take a taxi to go to market

My first experience is very good all service cleaning location is as well as thought. Complamantory of breakfast is very nice. Lunch diner facility is also very good. Yummy and healty food. I like this deal very much great exp. Forme

The room was not that great. Not much facilities. Electricity went off, we asked the concerned person to arrange hot water for us. He refused on the spot. Towels provided were not good. They did not even offer tea and water, those are generally given free of cost in every hotel. It was just a bungalow which is converted in a hotel.

Poor Experience ... The first issue we gone through was to find the hotel .. There was no board of the hotel and we were unable to find .. On calling the manager of the hotel, he didn't picked any of our calls .. But Make My Trip was helpful to us .. It made an alternate arrangement for another hotel but at that time we had found that hotel ... Thanks to Make My Trip ..

The hotel was not so good. The staff was very rude and non-cooperative. I will not recommend to anyone to stay in this apartment. Location is also not appropriate. It was very far from the main road ..

Room condition was although fine but blankets bedsheets were not clean. Also staff of hotel was not very cooperative. Sort of professional, even charging for heating milk for baby also. Atleast some humanity is expected. No kitchen available so don't expect any food available in emergency. Location is just fine.

Our room was on 3rd floor and there is no elevator to reach the floor. The stairs were also not well maintained. However the family suite room containing 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms were superb. Only thing that was not acceptable was the service. There were no soaps in the washroom and we had to request it from the reception cum office cum store on ground floor. Moreover there was no landlines to call the room service. The bathing tub didn't had the stopper to stop the water flowing in it. Besides this, everything was fine and good. Parking was available and location is also good.

Very Far from the market and Bus stand, We need to walk a lot every time to visit market. They should provide Food services, Rest all is good. Room is clean, Have kitchen also. Its same like homestays. Its Near Dalai Lama temple

Service needs to be improved. Drinking water facility is not available. Early check-in is not allowed even though there are free rooms. The only good thing is that they have shop below the hotel where you can get some drinking water and food items.

Overall good, room location is good. Satisfactory as terrif. Hotel service is good except water supply in bathroom. View from room is very nice. Location near mall road hence preferable. Market in walking distance.

Nice view and comfortable rooms. Good service. Hotel is walk-able distance from Dalai Lama temple... Down the road from it. Its one way road so we had to walk upwards to the temple. If need assistance with directions, you can use dalai lama temple as landmark and will easily reach. Hot and cold water provided. TV and cable provided.

Located near Nagini temple, Dalai Lama temple is. 5 km uphill walk and main market is 1 km. Rooms are spacious equipped with kitchen, TV and chairs. You can bring your heater or induction etc to make tea/coffee, mini meals etc. They provide room service too but I didn't try.

View is good ... Location is also good .. But things need to be improved as far as infrastructure is concerned ... Safety measured need to be imbibed .. Room service is satisfactory .. But phones can be incorporated

The location is not good, its located downhill and you have to walk around a km to the mall road, the facilities are not good and have to ask multiple times, there is some construction going in front of the hotel which is annoying, overall not a good place to stay.

This hotel could serve you better if you are looking for a cheap but nice hotel.. View from the balcony is awesome.. Don't expect much apart from good room. Good value for money. They even allowed for little early check in which we were grateful for as we were required to leave early for trekking. You need to come down from the Dalai lama temple, coming up from the hotel to the main market is a bit difficult. But if you have your own vehicle it is not an issue.

It was my awesome trip. Memorable trip. Good hotel in main city. Cooperative staff food is also cheap and best. The location is good. I would like to stay again and again if the price given would be same.

Rooms are good. I visited there with my family, found good stay with location and view. Hotel is near to Dalai lama temple. In this budget, hotel is very good. I booked this on makemytrip at very low price.

Perfect place located near to Dalai lama Temple. Stay for both youths and even family too. Definitely clean place, room services, facilities are excellent. Near to market, great view from room. It has everything people wants about room. Definitely worth of money to stay Thanks!
