Room is nice but the service from hotel people not proper .First when i entred to reception of the place the person delyaed me to show the room already i was tired in that he also delayed me .Second thing is blanket was absent in room .when i informed to service man he not respnded .At the time when checkout i already late for my personal work there was no present at reception .The question was arised that where was the key submitted .Also there was a delayed.Pleqse improve the service

The room was allocated 3 hours after given check in time, as it had not been properly cleaned. Electricity wasn't available in the room and had to make multiple phone calls to the manager. Bathroom and room both were unclean, no bedsheets or pillow covers, bathroom drain was clogged and water overflowed. Terrible service, nobody was onsite only the helper.
