The over all experience was good , nice view near the dal lake, good amenities and service.

Hotel is with different name and also facility of hot water is only for 3 hours in morning i. E. 7 to 10 am. As specified by staff, when i reached in evening 7 pm on 23. 12. 24 there is no hot water available.

Sir, sorry to say, but u never checked in our hotel. And the things u are saying are completely baseless. All our washrooms have gysers installed so ur claim of hot water for only 3 hours is completely baseless. Maybe u have gone somewhere else. And that's not our fault.
