Terrible Stay

Horrible. Not value for money at all room: not well insulated for night stay, plenty of noise, food: so so, owner: cooperative, stuffs: worst, toilet/bathroom: horribly dirty, location: inconvenient, electricity: frequent power cut, had to remind stuffs/ owner many times for switching on the generator. Overall worst experience.

Don't book in nest heart & nishat area als

1) No garden is available. 2) room is dirty and dirty smell in room and wash room. 3) limited testless food available. 4) hotel location is very far from tourist place like dal lake & lal chawk. So taxi & auto rent is very high. So i suggest, don't book in this hotel & area ( nishat) also

Poor Stay

Not worth the money, as basics are missing: bed sheets not changed morning tea not available even after 8 pre booked breakfast not available even after 8 no hand wash no cloth hooks or hangers in there till electricity not available almost the whole night
