Very costly food avialable in this area also service and restaurant staff is very rude not proper packing for take away in stay room and taste of food is poor

Hotel was close to our destination. It's good for sleeping purpose only. They should renovate the hotel's bathrooms atleast. Hotels are image of our country's reputation and administration should make them know this at least at a place where taj mahal is located.

WE stayed at this hotel just for 1 day. The rooms were very unhygienic. They were sticking when we entered. We asked them to spray a room freshener. The bathroom was not clean. Western toilets were broken and very unclean. In one of our rooms, water was leaking and they dint even bother to repair it. The room also did not have hot water and when complained they dint provide hot water. Some of the plugs were not working. No room service. Only good thing is the location. Its 5 minutes from Taj Hal. No other positives. One should never book this hotel. Book only if you don't find any hotel and you are staying at Agra just for few hours and want to keep bags. Horrible experience.

The hotel is a very bad condition nothing to say its a zero star hotel if Agra temperature is 11 degree no hot water, no geyser in bathroom, no water in bathroom, MakeMyTrip you suggest the hotel don't suggest other this hotel.

It was nice but day have to improve it more. Everything is good but the room is not OK they must have to watch it and advice people about it ... Guest have more expectation for hotel. There at least have 3, 4, point for charging or other thing

Hotel was good. Room was spacious. A bit of cleaning should be done before giving the room. Great value for money. Service was really good. In house restaurant made super lunch. Location wise it is just 1km away from taj Mahala. So superb location. Should book this one

Good service and cleanliness, within budget room. Average facility because blanket is bad smelling. Room is good and clean. Bathroom is clean but location is not known by anyone because hotel name plate light is not working and room tv is not working.

Well location of hotel is g8 ... But facilities were ridiculous ... A small TV with no cable connection used smelling blanket no mosquito repellant no socket for charging no geyser and they didn't provided shampoo or soap .. Towel were untidy.
