I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pitstop Homestay in Darjeeling just last week, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I booked a Mountain View Deluxe Room through MakeMyTrip, and the entire stay exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and ambiance of the Pitstop Homestay. The Mountain View Deluxe Room was simply breathtaking; waking up to panoramic views of the Himalayas each morning was a highlight of my trip. homestay is good but location is not very clear. we were confused until the staff came and helped us. Don't take people who have trouble walking as you have to climb up and down a lot of stairs to reach it as it is not on the main road but at a low lying location. rooms and toilets were clean and the staff was helpful.

Rooms are decent. The view rooms are great. The main problem is with the route from darjeeling station to the Pitstop Homestay. It's very downwards. Difficult for old aged people. It's better to have your fooding from outside, as the food was a waste of money. Very very ordinary food with very high prices.
