Location of the hotel is not good. Rooms are very small. Not clean. Broken bathroom fixtures. Room rent too high as per the condition of the rooms

homestay is good but location is not very clear. we were confused until the staff came and helped us. Don't take people who have trouble walking as you have to climb up and down a lot of stairs to reach it as it is not on the main road but at a low lying location. rooms and toilets were clean and the staff was helpful.

there is no one can serve hotel

Rooms are not cleaned and which i have saw in the images it doesn’t look like, room is smelly and washroom is very short there is no tissues over there it’ terrible.

Totally different scenario in reality what we saw at MMT portal before book. The worst experience ever. Please bann this property from MMT, quality is not compatible. Never suggest anyone to book this property. If possible, please deduct payment from them.

The superior queen room was horrible. The bathroom water was stuck and both the toom and bathroom became a swimming pool. Even after complaining at the reception they said the water will flow slowly and cant do anything about this.

staff behaviour is ok but location is not good..u have to go through a very deep downstairs horribley down to go or to climb..food are very costly at hotel..

Awful l service. The geyser doesn't work no availability of hot water. Very poor service. No one takes accountability of any work. In-spite of informing them of my morning checkout. No body came to pick up luggage. The manager has no clue. This place is much interior located and for tourist it's very difficult to carry luggages and go to main road. Service is horrible. Whole night such loud noise outside the room could not sleep. Horrible place for tourist

The manager was manipulative. Since we didn't take lunch or dinner from the hotel, he was not cooperative. Also asked some questions which were unprecedented and not professional. Not recommended. Also the location is pretty far and inaccessible

Not so good, many stairs climb for go to mall, i find this property on mmt. Staff are good, their behaviour is also good, but location is pathetic. Kids or senior citizens avoid this location.

1. Pits-top homestay was terrible. 2. Many restrictions. 3. Way to pits-top was so dirty. Animals poop was scattered in the way. 4. Any vehicle can not reach to pitstop. 5. There was no good restaurants nearby pits-top.

It was a nice stay at this homestay, staff was very friendly. There were no problem of anything.

Lots of flies in the room. No room service. No room heater. Dirty curtain. 24 hrs water; electricity; wifi. Safe for family staying.

Rooms are decent. The view rooms are great. The main problem is with the route from darjeeling station to the hotel. It's very downwards. Difficult for old aged people. It's better to have your fooding from outside, as the food was a waste of money. Very very ordinary food with very high prices.

The location is not good… you have to climb around 60 steps which are very narrow and steep. Food was okay. Rooms are not very clean.

They arranged a different hotel to stay for two nights and again shifted to pitstop for one night only. So hectic it was.. I was mentally harrassed for shifting from one to another
