To be honest, it wasn't even a hotel! It was just a couple of rooms on a floor! No restaurant, pathetic rooms and zero hygiene. Besides the location was extremely inconvenient and it really made us sick traveling.

First day- television not working; second day television remote not working. Blanket in dilapidated condition; bed sheets torn; pillow-dilapidated. Washroom entrance is a tank covered with broken sheet. Air-conditioner sometimes working sometimes not working; room telephone gives beeps on regular intervals for no calls at all. Housekeeping/cleaning is done at 1230 hours when guest is taking rest or sleeping. No light on head-side of the bed so it is difficult to read even magazine or papers. All lights are in front of your eyes. I was in room no 220. No arrangement of parking if some body comes with its own vehicle. Receptionist (namely Lalit) was not up to the requisite standard of dealing with a customer in morning at 0600 hours. He caused a mood-off of mine.

Horrible cooling system. It has a single charging port in the SUITE! Whereas the rest were broken. Just heights

The personnel of the hotel are very friendly. The maintenance of the hotel need improvement.

The hotel rooms were ok type. I was put in 401 which was a corner room and was spacious. The only drawback was that the location was not good and the last and the important thing the staff donÂ’t know how to treat guest.

I didn't check in the mention hotel, I have informed to Hotel management, but no action was taken.

I was picked up from the airport which was a surprise. Though reached quite late I was still given a meal of my choice. The staff went out of the way to make my stay comfortable. Overall good hotel with good facilities.

I am very much satisfied with the service being catered to me in this hotel. Specially when I was picked up by the hotel car at the airport, when I arrived in Lucknow and all the favour being done to me during my stay. I was more expecting that since my flight was at 19:30 pm and my booking was up to 12 pm noon. But even on my request for extension of 3 hour in hotel room was not entertained, even though I request on the expense of some nominal charge although I checked in the hotel at 8:00 pm last day. So if someone is looking for extension of few hours on expense of charges too, I will not recommend this hotel to my colleague or friend.
