It was a pleasant stay of four nights ... Location is good for south Goa visit very close to Benalium and Colva beach ... Very neat and clean rooms. Staff Tony, Azad and Alister all were very helpful and polite ... No body disturbed us during stay ... Felt completely safe. Highly recommend for those who need a good night sleep ...

Came to Goa for a couple of days had precooking for just two days, two days in north Goa and now back here since its an amazing hotel with staff that knows real hospitality. The owner is a gentleman with a helping nature and his staff is trained to serve best service and any time of the day and the mid of any night they would try their best to provide food and help in other trip arrangements as well, like directing to the right people for vehicle at rent or a taxi for hire. Their extended help.

Excellent location and great staff. Room size was average. The room service was good and on time. The staff are the reception was helpful in guiding us to various places around the city. Had a great time.

Economical and gives a pleasant experience but don't expect many facilities. Rooms are clean but small. No WiFi or restaurant. Security is good and the property is guarded well. Has ample parking space.

Nice location, neat rooms, courteous staff. They allowed us to check in early as we reached in morning around 7-7. 30. We were impressed with there service. Must stay if you are visiting South Goa. Thanks.

Room was very good, cleaned. Near to beach. Staff was very polite, need to improve menu, should add variety of veg food. Should provide pick and drop facility from airport. Hotel was very well maintained by the management.

Hotel room is very net & clean, staff is very helpful, room location is near Banulim beach and Colva beach. But restaurant facility is not available, room delivery is available over all hotel is good.

Great location with friendly staff and clean rooms. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in Benaulim and be close to all the fun places including the beach and restaurants. Hope to visit again soon.

Receptionist gave warm welcome. Rooms are very neat and clean. There is a balcony in each room where we can sit also and table, chairs are provided. Staff are very cooperative and helped very much. Staff attended to my each call and served what ever wanted.

Peaceful, clean and good service with helpful staff! Well done Easy to reach Colva and Benaulim beach. Scooty ride would be best to reach there. Very calm and beautiful location nearby. Easy to roam around. Thanks.

We are returning visitors and we have never been disappointed, The welcome from the staff - Ajju and Tony is always amazing.. They are both friendly and professional and they are able to speak to anyone in their native tongue. Some of the rooms have had a face lift and are even more comfortable as a result. The Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. It is a luxurious hotel with fantastic attentive staff that ensure you feel opulent. The hotel is very central on the Colva-Benaulim main road and has a playground next to the property. It's only a couple of minutes from the main shops. We've been coming here on and off for about 5 years and we'd struggle to be persuaded to stay anywhere else in Goa so far :) Thanks to AJJU & TONY for taking care of us all this time. We appreciate your hospitality and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives who wants to visit Goa in future :)

Very good hotel plus good service. And everything is nearby. Person should once try this hotel for their holidays. Railway station and bus stop are very near by plus beaches too. Very good ambiance inside and outside the hotel.

Good service with friendly and hospitable staffs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy to locate and near to beautiful beaches. Breakfast was also good. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for a good stay at an affordable rate.
