We found the hotel through google maps and the stay was good but the food was not good. I recently stayed in pune after booking through make my trip but unfortunately the hotel management failed to provide the expected level of despite being a loyal customer of make my trip. We were treated as non regular guests and did not receive the attention we deserved.

Room was small but was clean enough for a solo person and bathroom was common for the floor and they were clean and nice. I was satisfied with the stay

Room service was bad. No mobile network but hotels wifi was excellent. Hotel is in very beautiful old heritage building. They require to maintain it. Common rooms are very small and without windows. Common room. Does not Worth that much tariff.
