Rooms are average, not cleaned well. mosquitoes are more.minmum things not provided like waterbottle and toiletries.

As they have not given complementary water bottle and provided towel, soap and shampoo packet only when i asked them but not provided at the check in time. I was informed that the check out time is 11am where as in online it shows 12 pm. The person at reception desk is to be taught how to talk to guests in a polite nanner.
