Hotel Ricon

Everything was fine good, but i didn't like the breakfast and dinner, the quality of foood was not so good. Anyway service boys are fantastic, good behaviour, manered. Everything is perfect about thta staff.

Terrible service and hospitality. No hot water and then they gave water heater which was also not working. Pathetic

Hotel is good. To reach the hotel is troublesome. Food is good. Daily room cleaning is not available. Overall OK

Rooms are good and clean. But basic facilities are missing. No hot water. No towels. AC doesnot work. Mosquitoes in the room. They have not provide any misquito repelent after asking them. And no lift in the hotel.

I have never seen such a pathetic hotel enrolled by MMT. The staff don't have minimum knowledge how to help/behave with their customers. The blanket given to customers were the ones given to prisoners in British era. In the morning when I tried to check out no one was there in the reception for a long time. When I went to take out my vehicle there was one vehicle parked in the back of my car. I told him about this to the manager, It took another 45 minutes to tell this to the owner after

It's a very good stay. It's a value for money hotel. Very friendly staff. Location is best. You can get anywhere in the city from this hotel very easily. It's rooms are clean and food is also very good.

From entry to exit I feel very happy. Room is big, clean, airy. Staff is cooperative. Their service is good and satisfactory. No question about security. There are a help desk for tour in ASAM, It is a nice stay. A family can book hotel Ricon.

First time I have booked hotel by MMT and definitely value for money, it's awesome. Room is very good, food quality is excellent. Location is also good, I think within this amount great hotel. Food rate is very low rather than other hotel. Thank MMT

Location is great. Room service is just awesome. Got quick response from the Hoter Ricon staff. Very great behaviour. Hospitality is awesome. I will give five star for cleanliness. Rooms are same as shown in the pucture. Love to be there ... Homely atmosphere.

I had a good stay. Definitely value for money. Food is good and the service are satisfactory as well. Good eateries around the hotel and places around the city are easily accessible from the hotel. However, the road was dug last time when I went leading to a bit of inconvenience in walking into the hotel. I hope the road is mended by now. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Not a good hotel ... As they were very unprofessional and not interested in clients benefit. No one was interested for water in the rooms and we're standing out for all the arrangements. No one respond on phone calls to reception. Thus we have to always go one floor down to get the any requirements. Please give this feedback to the owner, as he done not lives on near by.

Good experience. Facilities are also good. But the location is not so good. It is far from paltan bazaar, Guwahati railway station. The Guwahati airport is located far from the hotel ricon. But the staff are very helpful.

Good budget hotel for group bookings. I will never suggest this hotel for solo travelers or couples. Staff are polite and nice. Must try poori subzi for breakfast. Ventilation is very poor. Overall average hotel

Rooms were big, clean and airy. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. But toiletries were not provided. Lift was not there and the room was on 2nd floor. One spacious seating area was there where one can seat and enjoy.

Amazing experience to stay ... We didn't had food so can't comment on that but Room service was good ... Rooms are big and great to get a big bathroom with that cost. Hygienic place and cosy. The location is bit outskirt and it takes 45 mins from the airport and the kamakhaya temple is closer

Room was extremely bad. Though I booked 2 luxury AC room but the AC's were not working. Location was bad. Staff were not helpful & was not giving any interest. Totally different picture from make my trip site.
