Hospitality was excellent and and services too. Gridhar and Pooja was exceptional service providers. I never expected such an amazing hospitality here at Manali. Thank you so much for everything and we shall visit soon again!

Good Hotel for stay n good food in restaurant

Overpriced Hotel with almost no facility, no service. Even the rooms and toilet are dirty. I booked the Hotel for 3 days with the trust of MakeMyTrip and the moment I checked in I asked the Hotel to cancel the booking, not they rolled the ball to company and when I asked MakeMyTrip the did vice versa. Ultimately I Am the looser overall very bad experience

The first room of the hotel which is beside the reception was not good for stay.

Hi. Pros: 1. The hotel is very near to Gandhi Chowk, Mall Road. 2. Hotel rooms are spacious enough for 2 people. Staff is curteous and helpful. 3. Food is good. We only took breakfast. 5. View from room balcony is very nice. (If you take room with a view, else you may also get a non-view room) Balcony outside the room is very small. Can't accommodate more than 2 people. 7. Hotel has its own ample parking space. However you need to climb about 50 steps to reach the hotel

Standard rooms are not maintained because room is smelling a lot. Never book standard sooms. Location of hotel is very good, staff is also good in service. Bedsheets are very dirty. Food is OK.

I like the hotel services. Its situated near Gandhi chowk near to mall road. Staff is good. Food is good and everybody is co operative. I like it. I am very impressed by the services. I want to visit again.

View from my balcony was average, to reach hotel you need to climb a little, service and staff was good, Cost of the room is also good compare to other hotels. Room was clean and bed lining & blankets were good. I booked through Makemytrip to get some discount.

Nice hotel they upgrade me to superior room, food was also. But location was very good. Happy to stay in Monarch. Valley view is also good from balcony only the problem was they have put springs in bed instead of wood.

Mast hotel. We enjoyed very much. Good food and good tea. We ate dinner. Not costly. We booked MMT we like all facilities by Makemytrip. Location is very nice and available bus, car and taxi. Please all visit.
