They dint have a proper room when i arrived at 10. 45am. Lot of discussions were going on to which room needs to be allotted. Finally gave a room after 20 mins of waiting. Toilet seat was in pathetic condition with all previous guests remains flotting. I asked them to clean immediately which they said cleaning staff is yet to come. Immediately left that place without saying a word

The stay was excellent with my family. The room we stayed in was comfortable, the bedsheets were clean. They provided toiletries and hot water also. The location of the hotel was excellent, it was just near to the Udaipur railway Station. Our stay in this hotel was value for money stay.

We booked the room for four persons with 2 double beds but they provide us only one double bed. We have to sleep on floor. And they never come for cleanliness. And hotel is very far from city. And the food in Thr restaurant is also much costly.
