Terrible Stay

One of the worst hotel i have stayed at. I paid for breakfast while booking but they did not provide me any breakfast. Also the bed and pillow were dirty .

1st room which was allocated, was smelling very bad and it was not the same room which was shown while booking. Later they changed the room and it was also smelling but we managed with it. Ac was at the lowest temperature but was not cooling at all. When we complained to the staff they asked to change to the 1st room again.

1. It is very terrible! 2. First of all rates are high. Breakfast was very lower class, we asked to upgrade as per expectation, but clearly denied. 5. The reception staff is very rude.

Dirty room and linen, cockroach sighting, comode flush not working, no mirror in bathroom/wash basin, Booking was including breakfast @ rs. 250 extra, but hotel offers only poha or veg sandwich (only one item) and tea which would not cost more than Rs. 100. Breakfast ordered at 7.30am, but not served till 8.30 inspite 2-3 reminders; so finally we compromised on only bread-butter and tea and checked-out. FabHotel group posts lot of good photos, but seems doing not enough to deliver such quality to the guests.
