Terrible Stay

Hi i visited recently with my family. Their service is not good on arrival they just gave us a towel and small shop and nothing even not a single water bottle and bed condition is very bad. Oh night it's got terrible a few people drink next level and abusing to each other in loudly. Dancing with high volume in first of other people room. That why is hitting the sound volume to us. But management haven't take action on time after many complaint than they go to talk to them

Very very bad hygienic condition of the room allotted to us, spiders, lizards and mosquitoes are are with us all the time. There is no mosquito repellent in the room

We were 10 adults and 6 kids. We enjoyed a lot there. Swimming pool was clean, food was awesome and not too costly, it is the place where you will definitely enjoy if you are visiting in a group, and especially if you are going in rainy season, finally your group matter's. Please carry some basic medicines while travelling as there is no medical store. I am saying this as if you get the cold then it will be useful, go and enjoy the resort.

Location is not actual. It's 9-10 km from gaps location. Its really pathetic. We were as if be fooled.

Bad experience from make my trip

I want to inform you that I already pay the money to make my trip . But there is no confermation from the resort . The also take room from me . A badresponse from make my trip and the resort . I paid twice amount from the same room . This is **** . I never book my room from make my trip again . Poor and bad experience .
