Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Room Condition Dear Sir/Madam, I arrived there with my sister, but the room provided was not the same as shown. Suddenly, around 2 AM, water started leaking from the ceiling and continued dripping the entire night. In the morning, when I informed the staff, they said all rooms were booked and just said “sorry.” I had provided my genuine ID for the booking, so I don’t understand why such a situation happened to me. I checked out of the room at 9:38 AM. Please look into this matter and take necessary action. Thank you, Aditya Tripathi
