Comfortable stay

The room was good and comfortable but the room service was not satisfactory. The property was in a good location, it was easy to reach the property. I got all the facilities that I needed. I met the caretaker and the owner, they were very nice and friendly.

Hotel manager's behaviour is bad.

Main issue is this they have charged high amount calling a cab for us. Food cost is high. They have not shared information regarding travel to Manali.

Good and clean hotel with a great cost

The hotel location is great right beneath the hills and mountains. It doesn't look great from outside but the rooms are pretty good, good outside common area where you can sit and relax or dining rooms for having food. Also it is pretty clean. Breakfast that we had of Aloo paratha and bread butter jam toast was good and tea was great. You will need to ask to give sugar separately if you do not like a sweet tea. We got it at a cost of for 2 nights, which is a great cost. Also, there is a convenience shop up the street in case you want to get something they don't provide shampoo or conditioner though. So, travel with your own or you can get the shampoo at the convenience store.

Stay was very good and comfortable. No challenges which can be mentioned here. The location was easy to access, services and the facilities were quite nice. Food facilities were available, and it was really yummy. No suggestion as everything was good.
