AIIMS NAGAR REST HOUSE

My experience was terrible. Hence I stayed there for one hour only. If required take one day rent and return my second day rent. The manager of the rest house also agreed to this. The photos and that in reality does not match. Not at all clean. Cockroaches are there. Terrible.

Reach the premises ask for room they said no room vacant, they ask me for cancle my booking, i am wait there for 1:30hours then they are given the room key,

No ac provide very poor show not expect it not give ac room

Very bad experience. Damage room wall. Tv not working. Water gesar was missing. Rest chair table broken. Damage bed. Bed cover is very dirty. overall very bad experience.

Since I had limited time to book an accommodation near AIIMS, I have opted for this accommodation in spite of its poor rating. It is a fact that this accommodation deserves poor rating only as the rooms are poorly maintained and do not have proper cleanliness, hygiene, etc.

No food available they buy road side food for u if u want. Third class room service no hygiene maintain. They dont provide basic things like blanket, tooth brush, toothpest, not even normal water you have to purchase 2 litter water bottle 1 litter not available.

Service is too poor. They have fooled us by not giving one breakfast (was included in package.
Mm t should not tie up with this type of hotels.

Behavior of owner is unacceptable. He is very annoyed as we have booked through online. Initially tried to fool us by telling there no booking. I've breakfast included in my package. But they tried to skip that every morning. One of three breakfast was not served at all.

Stay was very nice except for the mosquito problem at night

The rooms were good, for the amount of money you pay but the washroom was not that good, staff was nice.

Had a nice stay. Good rooms at affordable prices.

We stayed for four days comfortably.

The location is an isolated area. The attitude of staffs is very good. They provides all the possible help. Good for short term stays. Not at all satisfied with the money which I paid.

Location food and services all are fantastic

The deluxe room is very basic in nature. No table, chair in the room. Not suitable for family travellers.

Rooms are not clean. Staffs behaviour is terrible

Hate it. It was worst. Did not like it.
It is not couple friendly. Hate it. They did not allow.

All was OK it was around 18 km from Bhubaneshwar Station.
