I did not stay in the hotel because their behavior was not right and then I talked to your helpdesk and I am not satisfied with the response of your executive. Please refund my amount it's my humble request.

Main gate 15 minute बाद खुला 20 minutes reception पर खड़ा रखा की आपकी कोई बुकिंग नहीं है रूम number 303 की चाभी बाद में दी बोला थर्ड फ्लोर पर चले जाएं Towel, soap नहीं दिया रूम ,bathroom बहुत ही gandaa था geizure काम नहीं कर रहा था बिजली का कनेक्शन ही नहीं था bucket भी उठा ले गए थे CCTV रिकॉर्डिंग के आधार पर प्रॉपर्टी को सस्पेंड कर बुकिंग ब्लॉक कर मेरा refund दें मैं 6:35 Am se 5:10Pm केवल 17 February को ही खाली कर दिया था binod singh Lucknow

Hotel is completely ignoring to provide any invoice. They say the booking comes via Oyo so no invoice can be provided

Please do not visit, it is a horrible area, also rooms were not clean, no facilities and they charged too high fo visit.

Room and wall so dirty, no packed water, geyser not working.

Amazing stay in order of privacy, cleanliness, couple friendly. Should stay at least once to experience the same.

Not good experience. Hotel location was also not good.
Very poor experience. Air conditioner was not working.

It was a terrible experience. No water in the bathroom, AC not working. No lock on the door. Took 15 minutes to get the hotel open in the night. Reception was sleeping. To my surprise I was told I have already checked-out. I wish I could not not gone there. I wasted my money and time. Could not believe it was listed as OYO property. I will never ever go for OYO in future.
