Oritel Service Apartments

The room is not properly clean. They have mentioned in make my trip that they have room service but they don’t have anything. The stuff are not professional. No proper wifi.

Very old property with poor hygiene and location is also not good, hygiene of bathrooms is not up to the mark.

At some point in the past, this may have been a good hotel but not now. Amenities They couldn't even provide an extra water bottle to me, I asked for mosquito repellent even that didn't come, no spoon, no glass absolutely nothing in the room. No channels were coming on TV, when I asked he said housekeeping will look into it, and guess what nobody came in 4 days. Hygiene: Nobody came to clean the room in 4 days, even the common areas are not cleaned. The room has bugs all over, the toilet seat is dirty and broken, the windows are broken. Food: I asked for tea on check-in and he said the kitchen is closed at 6 PM. There is no space in the room to cook yourself provided they are selling it as a service apartment. No cutlery was provided whatsoever. Overall: Pathetic state, they are charging for one night with no option to cancel once you check when the ideal price for such a shabby place is not more than and that too only because it has working AC. Never booking hotels as this is the second time this has happened and most of the hotels are in pathetic condition and much different

Hair were in bed and bed sheet was also not clean, very wrist experience of stay. Staff was also not supportive

Hotel is not properly maintained. Ambience is not proper. Room service is not available. Tv and other devices were not working. Staff is arrogant. No cancellation is considered. Rent is charged at its highest level not worth paying.

Uncleaned rooms, bathroom doors broken, bathroom windows open, tv not working, odd smell

The property is poorly maintained. Location is ok. No restaurant service. Breakfast they arrange. They make one item for breakfast. You also get bread sandwich and fruits. Three nights i stayed in 1 bhk. A refrigerator, old sofa set, old microwave and old iron box available. Service is so so. Every day i had to ask for water bottle which they give. If you ask, they provide. Service is ok. For food, you need to order from outside. Lobby is lousy, an unused gym, dried up swimming pool and an unused weed infested garden is there. Just an average place which is over priced highly. There could be better options at this price.

very average quality of rooms and property. was told it's like 4star that prompted me to to pay so much for this property. completely misleading. photographs showing room quality seem to be intentionally hidden. Would help other travellers if more and accurate pictures of rooms were available.

Place was good and calm, they need to focus more on keeping the place clean, house keeping is not up to the mark

We paid almost 4500 per night and we got just 400rs worth room only. Terribly

I was there for 1 night rooms are too small as expected in mumbai hotel/property not maintained wellphotos shown are quite old, may be of before covideven they dont provide the kettle in the room for tea and coffee which was mentioned in the amnetiesits not at all value for moneyi think if they work a bit on maintainance then yes they can make it a good property

Stay was reasonably okay in terms of comfort. Little old building with a booth bungalow beside that gives it a creepy feeling. Workers randomly come and bang the door loudly for cleaning as there is no dnd button. Room does not get locked from outside when u go out. So definitely a security risk especially for women. The receptionist was demanding extra payment during the time of checkout saying that i did not checkout before 11 am. because they didn't remind me before 11 am or told me anytime before that i should strictly checkout before 11. Customer was supposed to get one water bottle in the morning and one in the evening. I never got them and had to sometimes go down and ask the reception for the bottle. Useless hotel.

It’s an old dilapidated place at-least 15 plus year old building. The pictures is not even 1% matching in real. This is an oldest apartment i have ever stayed.

sofa was full of dust and bed bugs, bedroom blanket ans bed sheets were not clean, no toilet paper in toilet. dust on tv and othrr furniture.

It's a very poor service apartment and definitely not value of money. Any price more thandoesn't deserve this hotel. Rooms are so small that any hostel room would be compared with this oritel
