Small room. Booked with family for four members. But, no additional bed. Also, the size of the bed is small. Good beach view and just walkable distance. Treated well.. The toilet is very old and not comfortable

Thanks and happy to know that you had a wonderful stay with us. The room booked by you only have the old toilet . All the other rooms are with new toilet. You have booked a double room for four. The maximum persons to stay in one room is three with one extra bed So please next time book two rooms when you are traveling with four adults

Hot water was not available as it was raining. We have solar powered water heating. We are sorry we couldn't come upto your expectations. The staff there is always cooperative with the guest

The view from the hotel room is excellent. The hotel is on the beach itself, so you just need to step down to enjoy the sand. It is a old building and need renovation. The owner is friendly, it would be better if all the rooms are with ac and better toilet. The non ac room balcony is huge and have enough space to chill watching the beach. From the hotel view

Nice stay. Don't need for getting into beach and you can enjoy by sitting in the front balcony. You can see a wide long view of the sea by laying in the bed and opening the windows. The only thing is before entering beach road call the representative for parking guiding. They will guide the route for nearest parking.

Pretty poor experience

The place really getting it's attention just by their sea front rooms and low rates. But i would say it definitely not worth 1200rs. Even they charge you double rates for the late check out. No parking facility. No adjustments or no upgrade options available, last but least the staff's behaviour also not that great. So i would have give 1 star for my experience

The guest who does negative reviews would have something in mind which would have hurt them during the stay. In this case it was extension of room for four extra hours which usually we charge next day's rent completely. We do in some cases give leniounsy of 30 minutes to one hour free. We charged him 800 only that too we had told him in advance about the payment that he knew. About the place whether it is worth it or not he is not the only one to decide

Good location, but has to walk half an hour with luggage. All hotels are in that sea side like that only. But staffs are very helpful. Particularly they carry our half of luggage.

The way syed came was the longest way from parking. In the light house side its only two minutes walk. I am happy to know that you had a wonderful l stay with us

The room, which I booked was not allotted and I opted for another room, it was nice and comfortable the only issue was with the washroom it lacks the maintenance facility, the water supply was not proper from the taps. Rest all good.

The location was great

The location was really good, it was in a prime location, just next to the Beach. The staff was very friendly. The main issue was the cleanliness. It was not at all good. The furniture was very old and it was not so clean room, the way you don't even expect in a budget stay. There were stains everywhere. It was a very basic room with no facilities. Drinking water was also not provided. It was okay for a Solo stay, but not for couples or families. It was not hygienic at all.
