The room sizes are very small and the closed room has some stinking smell. felt overpriced due to the new year rush. but the host is very accommodating and informative.

I recently stayed at this homestay with my husband for 3 days and 2 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room was very small, which made it feel cramped. While the bed was comfortable, the rest of the amenities left much to be desired. There was no generator, so power outages were an issue, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even provide candles during these times. The room was not cleaned throughout our stay, which was disappointing. As for basic provisions, they only provided two 500 ml water bottles, two small soaps, and two towels—though we initially received just one towel and had to request another. There was no space to hang clothes, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness, poor service, and minimal amenities made this stay quite disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

The room was tiny and there was no place to hang used clothes. They provided us with hangers though. The bed was comfortable and clean and the ac worked. But there was a power outage for about an hour after we returned from the beach. There was no power backup

Home stay location is good, 4min walking distance from varkala south cliff beach, but this home stay is little away from the road, 300mt walking distance, doesn't have parking. you have to park on the road..room is average, bathroom is clean
