I had a truly disappointing and unfortunate experience. I had booked a nearby hotel in Mapusa that showed good ratings, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. There was no intercom facility, no room service, and although breakfast was included in my booking, it was never provided. The place felt completely abandoned and lacked even basic amenities. The service was extremely poor. For the same price, I could have stayed at a much better and more luxurious hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

THE HOTEL IS CLOSED! ALL THE CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED ARE NOT REACHABLE OR STRAIGHT GOES TO VOICE MAIL. AS A SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLER WHO REACHED HOTEL AT 1.30AM, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

good hotel with affordable price. washroom is cleaned and room is hygienic. Restaurant facility is not here but you can order from outside.

Good place to stay convenient location to explore goa as the bus stand connecting important places was walkable distance from the hotel. The market is also walkable distance. We enjoyed the food at ruchira restaurant at hotel satyaheera

I have paid 300 per person on breakfast they told us to go to the restaurant and eat upto 100 rs per person and after that we have pay for the balance amount. That is unfair

The hotel was old but room was spacious. No phone available in the room also no availability of drinking water which is mandatory. Not much staff

Curtains were torn, entrance was completely slippery because of the moss. Average rated depending on the price. Check out is too early 9 am

It was a pleasant stay at 09. The hotel was clean and nice. Working ac, wifi, water and electricity all were there.

Outside might look like old building but the room inside was clean, good and we'll maintained, very close to mapusa bus stop.

Good clean & spacious ac room with attached bath with hotwater. Quite and no disturbance. But no lift.

Room was spacy. Cleaned washroom, fridge, ac, electric kettle, shoe polish machine, and many were mind blowing. Don't look anywhere just book and stay there. Best in mapusa.

Hotel exterior isn’t appealing but room was spacious, well furnished and well maintained. Hotel staff (1 person playing all roles) is very rigid, not cooperative at all.

Very poor service, no lift and limited breakfast.
