Worst ever experience

I was on an official visit to prayagraj and hence booked this hotel for 3nights with complimentary buffet breakfast. The room was pretty dirty and bad and when i asked to change, they said that they are full. Next morning, when i went my breakfast, they denied for it even when i showed by booking pass. Somehow the hotel owner was there and i made a complaint to mm t and with support they let me have my breakfast. Next day again the same issue, the restaurant manager denied to let me have the breakfast and i can have only 1 item out of 3 ( poha, poori bhaji, paratha. So i thought i am done and again i have to complaint at the reception. Overall, my experience with the hotel cleanliness, staff behaviour, their service was terrible and this hotel do not worth a single star. Will not recommend anyone to book this hotel for anything. And if you do, do it at your own risk.
