Bad bad experience

I booked three rooms for 12 people. Pratik contacted us claiming the hotel lacked necessary permissions just a week before the stay. He managed only two rooms, didn't refund for the third, and the rooms are subpar. Dissatisfied with pratik's communication and the overall experience. I would suggest. Not recommending this guest house.

A paradise for solo travelers

I was given a very big room even for a single occupancy. Secondly there was not restriction of timing as i came to goa for visiting good party places even i came at late night i was welcomed everytime. Keep up the good work next time i visit goa i will prefer to stay at this place again

This guest house is near arjuna beach. Location is very peaceful. It was clean and room was precious. A clean washroom and facilities like tv, fringe was there. Soft spoken and cooperative management. They also have rental car facilities. So travel-ling to different places was also convenient
