Keeth House Phase I

Too many lizards, centipedes and spiders. THAT TOO IN THE BEDROOM AND ON THE BED. We called for caretaker but they said you already signed disclaimer. So it was a terrible experience with too many insects on the property with little to no safety precautions. No insect or bug spray, no covered roof.

It was a pleasant stay without any disturbance or distractions

Place and stay so amazing we experience the real developed rural stay set up which has pleasant smell, landscaping and with all amanitas. Thanks to suma and prabu for guide us and to full fill our expectations.

Beautiful, calm and peaceful stay within the nature. Away from the city buzz. Highly recommend for stay near auroville.

I found this property on make my trip. It was amazing experience. People should experience the stay at least for one day.

Location of the property is very good for people who want to stay in the forest still fairly near to auroville and pondicherry city. Staff were supportive. Property is well maintained and clean.

There is no service , basically you are on your own . The caretaker was not flexible , the room was booked for 4 people and I was asked to pay extra for using 2nd bed .. the checkout time is 10 am and there is no flexibility with timing ... overall an unpleasant experience

14th sep 2024-->Thank God we ran from the place without proper checkout . when we look the property from outside it looks like heaven.. But inside you can feel the bed of devil. we felt the haunted experience on the very first hour itself.. we thought it's due to something else.. then around 6pm we felt the same feeling 2times and it's got too dark soon.. no one is there to support. We called 3-4 people(Shankar - owner, Jegan - Manager, siva - reception person and one lady from keeth house) numbers but no one picked up the call.. No security after 6 pm. whatever happens no one will help you.. No responsibility

It's a different experience to live in such a unique place. They have friendly pets to enjoy 🐶. only 2 lights are there and need to add more since it is still dark at some time when the light is on. Mosquitoes, snails, rats etc.. are roaming in all places... It is hot in the day and average in the night. Curtains are not working properly. without ac, compliments etc.. the amount for the place is high. Hope you will resolve asap.

It was actually a different experience... Well maintained property and cool service. Had really great time over there. Special mention to the soap they gave was bliss.

I need 10% refund as discussed with the host

The place was not good. There are lot of dogs are there, no ac in rooms and rat cages are there inside the hut.

Overall it is ok. No complimentary breakfast.

The stay was good. We went as a couple, the single house we have booked was enough for us it was spacious and surrounded by trees and greeneries, the ambience was so peaceful and soothing and it's also near to the auroville, we didn't had food from the property but the kitchen setup had basics like plates, coffee mugs, glasses and some salt, sugar, tea powder, it had a induction cooktop and a kettle. The kitchen was for some basic cooking. But the check-in time was after 12 but check-out time is before 10 just 22 hrs it would be nice if the offer 24 hrs. We went in the season of summer but it was not very hot in the house as it was surrounded by trees. Overall it was good stay but the rats and frogs are your uninvited guests.

It's average the service was average too. If you're afraid of dogs its not best place. There was frogs at night but they cleared it once informed. The ambience is good.
