poor location , unable to find the hotel with it's name, no proper water facility, no ventilation in the room, dirty room with dirty blanket , broken Almira, uneven floor, over worst experience ever.

i book make my trip,but when I reach the hotel they saying booking id they didn't receive,after I book new room I paid cash

Awesome stay. Excellent and attentive staff. The food, the accommodation, and the ambience were all excellent.

The room space was so organised and included a comfy bed with clean bedsheets and blankets, while the room itself was clean and tidy. So super staff services `

We were quite pleased with how quickly the staff coordinated the entire trip. Loved the place to stay.

Hotel is good. But cleaniness not ok. Each room has different different probems. Cleanliness not maintained at all rooms and bathrooms. One room don't have dustbins. One room not have chair and table. One room not have matt, inside room nor at bathroom outside. Room painting is very old painted. Not satisfied by seeing the room.

Kindly do not go by the photos provided as the amenities mentioned aren't available at all. Also, i had to pay extra for upgrading my room as the room i had booked mentioned "suitable for 3 people, on the contrary, only 2 persons can stay in that room. Staff is not courteous at all.
