Nice staff with good location

The stay was not that good. There was a fire in the kitchen so they were not able to cook breakfast for us but, the manager didn't bother to arrange breakfast for us from outside since we paid extra for breakfast. The furniture which was provided to us was old. The location was really good for official stays. It is close to most of the commercial places of Mumbai.

In terms of location, this place is great. Very close to Bandra and most fun places Around. Nice view of the Sea from the higher floors. The building is very well made, but they haven't maintained their property. Door latches broken, as take a really Long time to cool a tiny room, dirty utensils in the kitchen, general gunk all over. What's worse is their service towels (which are anyway very poor quality) with stains, the slow response is just some highlights. And they have odd policies like randomly no visitors. Disappointing to See a place with so much potential going to the dogs.

Cleanliness, staff behaviour and location was good. Staff was supportive as well. What I don't like is it's food quality. Specially of morning breakfast!

Terrible location, terrible service, no generator, no power all day Long no assistance located room on 7th floor every time needed to walk dawn to shout on reception never ever visit this place.

Good services location good

Very bad experience, they charged for one room and expected me to use the common toilet with the other rooms. The bed sheets were dirty, pillows had some bad smell, quilt was dirty. On my request they offered me a room with a bathroom in it which they charged extra which is completely nonsense. Service was very bad. Room was bad too.

Rooms was very small and bed was very small but was mentioned as king size bed. Washroom was very small and not well maintained. Breakfast lacked variety however the taste of that limited options was good. Staff was friendly.

Rooms are a bit small they allowed me early check in without any charge that was nice but room service is really very very pathetic no one cares about the guests

Room is not with attached toilet. There is no mosquito repellent. Faced lot of mosquito issues during night.

The hotel consists of an apartment on each floor with each floor having a standard. The Sea can be seen far away beyond buildings and houses from 7th floor upwards. Bed sheets were not spotlessly clean and the dining table had not been wiped for days. House keeping needs to be improved. Washroom of the room was good.

Situated 15 minutes from the Airport, it's an ideal place to stay for business as well as personal travel. Beautiful spacious executive room and common hall with Sea view. Overall great stay experience!
