Reception Manager was rude, arrogant and pompous.

Location: near the highway saves traffic. easily accessible. services: quite hospitable staff. polite and attentive. amenities: good neat and clean, spacious well equipped rooms. food: food was fresh, tasty. breakfast options were plenty. good service. however, food rates are bit pricey. overall comfortable stay and good property.

The property is very well maintained and is in a good location (with good access). The ambience, food, staff was top quality and hygienic! We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The staff was really cooperative. They asked me if I've stayed before and I said yes , so he gave me the premium room I had booked the deluxe room. Room service was great. The bathroom and the room was very clean . All the amenities in the room were upto the mark, will surely book a stay again . Thank you

Guy at reception desk is so rude. Don't expect that any hotel staff shall courtesy your baggage IN or OUT and they claim it four star property. Less said not good deal

Reception staffs behaviour was average. Food was not good at all. Outside of the entrance was muddy. Other services were very good

I had a poor stay As there was some construction going on beside that hotel, and bike showroom was also in the same building there was limited space for parking and there was no one to assist us for parking when we arrived at that hotel 2) We were fasting that day and requested them to give us food with no garlic and onion, still we found onion in our food and it ruined our fast 3) They have not given us welcome drink being mentioned in our stay 4) we have multiple times informed them that we won't be able to have breakfast next day, can they do something can they adjust our breakfast amount somewhere or can they gave us dinner instead of breakfast ( we were ready to pay the extra amount per person for dinner), they have Denied to every request of ours Later in the night they are saying you should have told us they would have given us packed breakfast..like how come we would know if they can serve packed breakfast or not.. They have given us 20% discount on ourfood bill which was nothing compared to what we have paid for our breakfast in stay So overall it was not a good experience for us

The hotel is truly a great place to stay! The service is excellent, and the staff is extremely polite and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The food was definitely enjoyable—I especially loved the *spaghetti Arrabbiata*. The *rooftop restaurant* is also a lovely spot to unwind and explore—great ambiance and views.

Ira by Orchid in Aurangabad Maharashtra has a polite staff. Clean room and pleasant stay. Food quality is also good. Rooftop is also very lively. Overall it was a great experience. I really liked it.
