soloMaintenance of room is very poor. I booked royal executive ac room, but the room was not at par the tariff. Door locks are malfunctioning. Not as similar as shown in picture. Food, services, behaviour of manager and staff is very good

Terrible Stay

Hotel was terrible and very untidy, very much disappointed creepy room. Hotel management was rude and we were not able to sleep due to creepy ambience in room do no recommend to make stay to anyone all customers review is also very negative

Like a smoking paradise! not for family 0% hygienic. Rude behaviour. Utterly disappointed we just moved out within minutes and lost our value money and time

1. Room was not cleaned, there was a lot of dust on table top, walls, almirah etc. 2. Bathroom towel, hand wash, body wash, shampoo nothing available in bathroom 3. Windows and bathroom doors not working, i mean u can not close window and bathroom doors 4. Fan regulator not working, it will run on top speed only, when i ask to receptionist he replied" fan hi band kr do" and such type of many things i can write i do not recommend this hotel
