Speaking for room #206. No windows, smelled like a public mans toilet, dirty floor and walls. . The water heater was very old and broken. On the plus side there were cockroaches in the room. They eat bedbugs and my search for bedbugs was negative. Woke up with undefined bites in my face anyway sheets were tidy and on request I received a 2nd one to cover myself before putting the uncovered woolen blanket onto me. Which didn't look so hygienic. There were broken bathroom slippers provided. Thought previous guest left them behind. But reception confirmed its complementary. The hotel is located in a dark narrow backalley. No street sound (maybe because of no windows) but loud room neighbors (room service serves alcohol and hotel seems to be popular among drinking indian teenagers)

Location is good. Readability is also fine. Although we booked a standard room but it needs to update and upgrade a few things. We faced issues like broken door knob, Mosquitoes in room, No air ventilation in room. Shower was not working properly. Although the stay and service experience was fine, but they should improve their room maintenance services.

It's having quite accessible location in Delhi. Apart from that staff behavior is quite good, quite humble and helpful people. I would suggest this hotel for this price. They should improvise on cleanliness and room quality to attract more customers. Overall good hotel.

I think this the best hotel in this price. Behaviour of all the staff is good. Rooms are spacious, well maintained. They provide prompt service. Food in this hotel is over priced.

Hotel swisston inn is good hotel and staff is very helpful. Hotel is clean but in hotel there have no lift. Staff person very low but hotel staff is very good and helpful. Food quality is better and near the main road.

Best service the guy in the reception is very kind and helpful and the room was also very in this affordable price and the room was clean and the food was OK but satisfying will stay again in the same hotel ...

Rooms are average. But as per price this is OK. I entered on room approx 1am on night. They don't start a/c. After told him they start. At the time of checkout manager say pay extra on a/c. He says your booking in standard room.

I stayed here for 5 days and I'm satisfied with my stay. They provided good and tasty food on affordable price. The room and washroom are clean. When we consider the location, it's 1. 2 km away from the Ram Krishna Asram Marg metro station and almost same distance to the New Delhi railway station. If you are looking for a good hotel at affordable price, then it's good.

It was good service facility.. Good stay in low budget. Room cleaning is very good.. Service also very good. Situated in good location. Food taste also nice 2 person food take at least 200 rs.. Bathrooms also good in condition.. Telephone facility is provided in room... Outer location is also good overall performance of this hotel is good.. Not a single disturbances occur during all day... WiFi speed is also good.

Average stay, they have no lift, rooms are also smelly, but the staff are very polite and helpful with smiling face, I suggest if you want a budget hotel then only stay in it otherwise find others, foods are also average.

Everything was good. Including food and service. During the summmers you wont feel hot because the standard rooms are cool. You can go for it. No doubt the room was awesome. And the staff to. You'll get your food within 30 min of order.

Very bad experience, very small room, arrogant staff. Bad food, even they turn off the AC at mid night and then never turn off it again. I called the reception but it did not work out. I suggest to you don't go there. It is waste of Money.
