Hotel Silver Rock

The hotel rooms lack facilities, the rooms and bathrooms are old and there is no maintenance. There is parking but parking is very risky and the road to the parking is very bad. It is on the mall road but you have to pay a toll of rs. 150 to reach the hotel. And you cannot take your car to the hotel from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm. The experience was very bad with the family.

It was a awesome trip to mussoorie. Staying at silver rock was like being the in the heart of the city. Climb down the stairs and you are at the mall road. The view from the hotel was lovely with very supportive staff. In all it was awesome place to stay. Food was good and delicious, i had breakfast included.

Location was amazing just next to mall road. Parking available. Rooms are spacious and have good restaurant.

One of the best locations, but lack the cleanliness, there was no ac, i was told that the hotel will go under renovation.

The room shown during booking not given by hotel. Ver rude behaviour of manager of the hotel. I ask him to change the room he said " your are so lucky that you got this room otherwise people are sleeping in their car, if you don't like the room you can cancel the booking" amenities listed in the room not provided. Door latch is broken.

Very good stay

The service was really good the view from the rooms were beautiful and it was situated in mall road which was super helpful but the washrooms felt like it could be better.

The stay at hotel silver rock was amazing. I have been there many times before also. Its our first choice in mussoorie. The view from hotel is mesmerizing. I would love to visit again. Thanks

Hotel is ok ok, high rent just for having at mall road beginning. However they don't have even heater for cold, water kettle for making hot water. What water they are giving is not good, you have to buy outside water. Even morning tea is chargeable which is very basic things. For package which are breakfast inclusive, option are 2-3, bread, pratha and aloo poori that's it.

Property condition is very bad. Washrooms are not even properly cleaned, there was no dental kit, no room heaters, etc. Although property location is good but the condition is not good.

Best part-situated on mall road with car parking, food quality is good but service is extremely poor

I came to silver rock after 11 years but their is no any change in this hotel everything is same a. No any upgrade by the hotels

Food quality poor. Overpriced hotel. Bed linen and towels were dirty, staff is cooperative. Over all experience is not good

Service was good. Washrooms we’re not as good. Jet was not working, ceiling fan was quite noisy. Extra bed blanket was rough, room was overrated as per facilities

Good hotel, but overpriced, food is average. Rooms are old and not cleaned. Location at mall road is the only advantage of this hotel which could lead you to everything nearby.

Of the hotel is perfect, situated where all facilities are available. Food in the hotel is delicious. Service and behaviour of hotel staff is very good.

The bedsheets and bed-cover r dirty and we have checked other rooms too, situation was same. When asked the hotel ppl, they said it's clean only, these r stains. For this i am paying 7k per day? how it is justifiable.

Worst bathrooms, windows of room don't shut properly. No tea coffee maker cattle in room. After paying so much i guess very bad experience. Good newly built hotels available very nearby
